ROLE: Founder’s Office- Strategy Associate

Mumbai- full time – entry level.

POSITION OVERVIEW: The associate will play a pivotal role in supporting the founders in executing strategy and managing day-to-day operations. This position requires a professional with a background in management consulting or strategy consulting, who can seamlessly navigate dynamic environments and drive impactful results. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational skills, strategic thinking abilities, and a proactive mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Support: Collaborate closely with the Founder and senior team to develop and implement strategy, conducting research, analysing data, and preparing insightful recommendations.

  • Project Management: Lead and support key projects driven by the founders, ensuring timely execution and delivery of objectives.

  • Executive Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support including calendar management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, and correspondence.

  • Communication: Draft and edit presentations, reports, and communications for internal and external audiences, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and alignment with strategic objectives.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams across the organization to drive synergy, alignment, and execution of strategy.

  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization, efficiency enhancement, and organizational effectiveness to support the achievement of business goals.

  • Maintaining relationships: On behalf of the founder with clients, team members and partners.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree: MBA preferred.

  • Proven track record of successfully leading in dynamic environments.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and recommendations.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex information into clear and compelling messages.

  • Proficiency in project management tools, Microsoft Office suite, and data analytics platforms.

  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.

  • Strategic thinker with a proactive and results-oriented mindset.

  • Strong understanding of social media

  • Passion for events and design is a plus.
